A company is connected with us if it is: (i) a subsidiary or holding company of us; (ii) controlled by the same person(s) who control us or our holding company; (iii) a subsidiary or holding company of any company in (i) or (ii) above; or (iv) in the same group as any company under (i), (ii) or (iii) above. “subsidiary” and “holding company” shall be as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006. The term “control” shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 416 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. Two companies are in the same group if they share the same ultimate holding company.
Interruptions and Omissions in Service

Please note that all Third Party recruitment agencies have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and should they be found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, they will be prevented from using our services.
Transfer outside the EEA: Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the https://allrussianjobs.com database by third parties outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This could happen for instance if you apply for a vacancy where the employer is based outside the EEA.
Terms of Business
Recruitment: Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by All Russian Jobs will be subject to our standard Terms of Business as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them at or following registration. Separate terms and conditions also apply to the use of our Recruiter site.
PayPal are an independent payment provider and All Russian Jobs has no influence over whether your payment with PayPal is accepted or not. If you have any trouble with your order, please contact PayPal Customer Service Team.
The rights in material on the Website are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use the Website in a way which does not infringe these rights. You may copy material on the Website for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying for any commercial or business use is permitted.
Security and Passwords

These include an Employee Code of Conduct, an Anti-Discrimination/Anti-Bullying/Anti-Harassment/Grievance Guideline, a Gifts and Anti-Bribery Guideline, and Whistleblowing Guidelines. These apply to every person working for All Russian Jobs, and require all All Russian Jobs staff members to act ethically and comply with applicable legal requirements at all times. All Russian Jobs has also introduced a Supplier Code of Conduct (the “SCC”) to ensure all of our suppliers adhere to the Values within their operations by complying with all local laws, adhering to best standards in terms of health and safety, avoiding corruption and bribery of any kind, not employing children, avoiding any form of forced, bonded or compulsory labour, making reasonable efforts to bind its supply chain to the principles of the SCC, maintaining relevant documentation to demonstrate compliance with the SCC, and reporting to All Russian Jobs any known or suspected violations of the SCC.
Training & Monitoring Compliance
Throughout 2019 – 2020 All Russian Jobs has provided and will continue to provide training, instruction and support to its staff members to ensure their adherence to All Russian Jobs’s Codes and Guidelines, to help them understand the underlying Values and practical application and implications of those Values. All Russian Jobs’s Legal Team and Human Resources Team monitor All Russian Jobs’s compliance with best practices and adherence to the Values on an ongoing basis, and adjust those policies and processes accordingly.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity
These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use the Website following any amendment.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
