The Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a pivotal role supporting the Regional Talent Acquisition Team with the day-to-day activities of the hiring process and taking responsibility for the majority of the support tasks that are key to a smooth recruitment process and a quality hiring manager/candidate experience. Key to this role will be your ability to co-ordinate and schedule high volume interviews across the Eastern Hemisphere, engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will support the Regional Talent Acquisition Team by guiding hiring managers and candidates through the hiring process.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the delivery of a quality Talent Acquisition service and contribute to the wider Talent Acquisition strategy and objectives
Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with the interview and hiring process as needed from initial job requisition posting through to verbal offer acceptance
Co-ordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers for contingent worker hiring
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate reporting
Support the wider regional Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc tasks
Schedule and coordinate phone, in-person, and video interviews for candidates
Provide prompt support (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling) for interviews, including resolution of on-site logistical issues
Manage all job advertisements across all digital platforms as defined by the Talent Acquisition Specialists
Track and record employee referral bonuses
Monitor internal applicant data and status updates in applicant tracking system
Update and generate various reports; spend analysis, offer tracker, agency invoices
Submit expenses and invoices for candidate travel expenses
Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis (e.g. metrics, interview training, etc.)
Support high volume hiring utilising available engagement tools such as video interviews to review and shortlist candidates
Support other Talent Acquisition duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
Travel is occasionally required as dictated by position needs.

HND Business or Technical subject

Experience

Working knowledge within a high volume, cross functional recruitment environment
