To manage social media, influencer marketing and copywriting projects from start to finish ensuring all the information necessary is provided by the client, managed and processed by the social media team and delivered to other teams or colleagues for execution. You will liaise with other departments within the business to ensure that a centralised social media execution process is being followed to best practice, and plan to meet delivery dates whilst conducting quality assessment over the deliverables.
Responsible for the management of clients social media channels
Development and execution of social media campaigns
Create, develop and manage compelling content to build and increase client engagement
Review strategic and business messages and adapt the content for social media channels
Develop and manage an editorial calendar and content plan for social media activity
Engage with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the social community and encourage engagement
Monitor and report on the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy
Work closely with the social media manager to ensure a consistent global approach to strategic development, execution, evaluation and reporting of social media activity
Ensure all social media activity is consistent with clients vision, strategy, key messages and social media policy
Skills and attributes required:
Experience of managing social media and copywriting projects and building a media presence
Experience of managing paid social campaigns
An understanding of analytics tools and social media research
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, research and communications skills
Show initiative, coupled with accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Be a strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively
Comfortable working independently
Native level proficiency in a Webcertain Business Language
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience of Social media management and reporting platforms
Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
Native level proficiency in Japanese or Korean
