Holland & Sherry is a long-established brand, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales/ customer service administrator to join our busy team based in Peebles. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in luxury textile and fashion brands. They will be an integral part of the team dealing with both apparel and Interior sides of the business.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Fluent Russian speaker.

Passionate about working in the luxury textile and fashion industry.

Willing to learn about stock and bespoke products offered by Holland & Sherry

Positive, confident and professional attitude.

High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Skill to work independently and as part of a small team.

Excellent customer service both in person, by email and over the phone.

Able and willing to travel on business trips to support and develop the markets.

The role:

Process daily orders and enquiries by phone/email from Russia, countries of ex-Soviet bloc and Eastern Europe.

Manage client expectations and demands to provide a high service standard.

Process and dispatch fabric samples to international customers.

Proactively contact clients with after sales support, new season releases and promotions.

Research and constantly monitor the markets prospecting for new customers and opening new accounts

Travel abroad to visit clients’ premises to check/update product collections, present new season products and discuss the prospects of collaboration.

Relay all customer feedback to managers.

Manage any product returns and follow appropriate replacement/credit procedure.

Maintaining and updating customer database.

Remaining up to date with all product knowledge, stock reports and wider industry trends.

Consult with clients to deliver products that best fit their needs/brief (Bulk Production, custom weaving etc).

Provide administration support and coverage to other team members dealing with Interior customers.
