As the Project Billing Analyst you will provide support on all project finances, including sales reconciliations, payment schedules and client billing in line with contracts.

Your main focus will be on;

Quality; Adhering to mdgroup brand standards & demonstrate white glove service, handling all administration tasks in an efficient and timely manner, promoting themdgroup brand to the highest quality, in line with mdgroups’ core values, eg: ethos, work ethic. You will also have the ability to work with and accurately convert between multiple currencies.

Finance; Reconciliation of project finances, creating & updating Payment Schedules, creating & updating Project Financial Statements, all Project Invoicing in line with contract, supporting Global Project Managers with financial information

Customers & Suppliers; Revenue, spend & margins, supporting our proposal team with costing input on change orders

People; Developing productive working relationships across the company, whilst consistently reviewing our own level of skill and actively identify further personal development requirements with management, working with other team members and provide assistance when necessary to ensure the team collectively achieve their goals, developing productive working relationships across the company
