Job Description

Moley Robotics is looking for a responsible Procurement administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks.


Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain office systems and expenses
  • Office Administration
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and partners
  • Negotiate with suppliers, providing product design specification documents
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Support accounting team with reports and invoices
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • Higher education
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Russian language and additional European language is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Business correspondence skills
  • Experience in communication with customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of standard software packages
  • Good organisational and time management skills, ability to multitask
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues


The role will be based in Central London. Part-time candidates can also be considered.
