We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic, hands-on PA and Office Manager to join our team!

You will be providing support to the CEO & CFO, liaising with key stakeholders, arranging meetings and events and maintaining the smooth operational running of the office. This is a full-time hybrid role with excellent benefits.

Hours: 35hours per week, Monday-Friday

Location: Hybrid remote working with approx 3 days per week in the Histon office

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: Monday 6th March 2023


Personal Assistant:

Diary Management for the CEO and CFO and monitoring their inboxes as required
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and CFO and any external parties
Coordinate Board and Shareholder meetings including the organisation, preparation and coordination of board packs
Scheduling meetings internally and externally on behalf of the CEO and CFO
Organising travel for the CEO and CFO, processing any expenses and raising any purchase orders
Support the CEO and CFO in co-ordinating key team focused initiatives such as training and social events, including awards

Office Manager:

Responsible for the overall smooth operational running of the office including ordering of IT equipment, cleaning supplies, refreshments, stationery and catering
Open and distribute post and arrange any outgoing post and couriers as required
Ordering safety equipment and maintaining an internal log
Meeting room management – ensuring meeting room is functional and finding alternative solutions for the team when required
First point of contact for Health and Safety in the office ensuring a safe working environment for employees and visitors
First point of contact for the buildings manager
Manage and maintain internal communication email groups and contact lists

Role requirements

Proven experience with supporting C-suite level executives
Excellent time management and organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
Be able to communicate at all levels, including written and verbal communication
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
Have excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Have a positive can-do attitude
Be solutions orientated
Solid knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
