It presents an exceptional in-house opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to provide legal advice and expertise to Northampton based company in a position of immense growth.
About the role
The successful Junior Lawyer will provide services centrally focused on:
Drafting, reviewing and collaborating with internal stakeholders in the creation of commercial contracts and formal agreements
Managing a varied caseload of commercial contracts.
Providing timely, practical legal advice and support, to all parts of the organisation.
Liaising with external legal counsel and stakeholders when required.
About you
The successful Junior Lawyer will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least one year of commercial experience. You will also:
Be able to demonstrate a history of drafting and managing the negotiation of commercial contracts.
Be able to prioritise and manage your own caseload
Have a proven capacity to work with stakeholders at all levels.
You will have a good eye for detail, have excellent communication abilities and have a commercial, client-focused approach. You must be able to commute to the Northampton office. You will be based in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week. This can be reviewed.
