Role Overview:
The HR Shared Service Centre based in Stapeley, Nantwich, supports the whole of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regions, Asia and Russia with the latter being your focus area. To be successful in this role you will be Russian speaking with preferably a background in administration, we will provide full training and career development in Human Resources (HR).

You will join our busy HR team, working in the Stapeley office 60% of the working week, you should enjoy taking ownership for your work and seeking to gain experience in HR.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Within the role the key aim is to provide excellent customer service to our business, attention to detail being at the forefront of this and you will have an ability to work as part of a team to support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle with a key focus on new hire compliance and experience, career promotions, as well as a number of key monthly and annual HR programmes relating to reward, benefits and employee experience.
Being able to write, read and talk in Russian is essential to the success of this role
A strong administration background, attention to detail and computer literacy
Proven experience of building stakeholder relationships with high interpersonal skills with colleagues at every level
Proven ability to manage, organise and coordinate high volumes of tasks and data, working within Service Agreements
