An experienced HR Assistant is required to join our client who have been established for 75 years.

Duties will include:-

Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, from initial job adverts to induction
To carry out RTW checks and ensuring the correct data is held on file
To be the first point of contact for all employees regarding HR concerns
To deal with contract reviews and re-issues
To attend careers fairs / recruitment days
To provide support to Managers and Employees when concerns are raised.
Skills required:-

Candidates should have a proven background within a busy HR environment
Candidates need to be able to liaise with other nationalities so need to also speak Russian, Bulgarian or Ukranian
Candidates should possess good attention to detail, good communication skills and to be able to prioritise their workload.
The role is to work a 45 hour week, either 9am to 5pm or they can be flexible on this and work 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Candidates must possess a driving licence as you will be required to travel to other company locations.
