HR Assistant
Permanent, on-site
Mon – Fri / 8am – 5pm

My client, a well-established family run business are now looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join them ASAP. A company who’s culture promotes continuous learning and diversity.

Role and responsibilities:
As a sales HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• General admin duties
• Attend careers fairs / recruitment days
• Monitoring customer order levels requesting order increases where required
• Right to work checks and ensuring the correct data is kept on file
• Respond to maternity/paternity queries, providing a timely and professional solution
• Provide data analysis and insights to the commercial director
• Contract reviews and re-issues
• Playing an integral role in the recruitment and selection process, from job advert to induction

Essential Skills and Experience
• Proven experience working in a busy HR environment
• Well organised, attention to detail, able to prioritise appropriately
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate (written & verbal) other languages as we employ multiple nationalities throughout our business. At least one of the following is required:
• Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at Level B2 or higher
• Clean, valid driving licence essential

Salary and Benefits:
• Full time, permanent position
• Salary £26,000 per annum, based on a 45-hour week.
• Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm – Office based
• 28 days holiday
• Annual Bonus and Salary scheme
