We are looking for a Bilingual recruitment Administrator (Romanian, Russian or Hungarian) to work in our fast-growing company, particularly in the Hospitality industry. Previous experience in recruitment or office administration is a big plus.

Due to our tremendous growth within the international market, we are currently recruiting for an individual with good English and Romanian, Russian or Hungarian speaking to join our team

You will be expected to:

Taking part in the recruitment selection process, handing out application forms to applicants, ensuring that they are all fully vetted, screened and trained before placement as well as ensuring that training requirements and needs are met continuously
Ensuring that files remain compliant and chasing up key documents as and when required;
General administration, namely: data entry, typing letters, scanning documents, filing and answering the telephone.
Calculate staff hours, Prepare data for completion of Salaries, and Sales receipts
Good skills in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
Organisational and coordinating skills, the ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
