Our client is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Team Member to support the expansion of the business, within an International market.
You will be responsible for the day to day customer service and order processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with Key Accounts and Customers’, order processing
Building relations and retaining business/clients
Understand each clients’ needs
Some upselling but no sales targets are in place
Provide a superior level of customer service
Administration
Assist the warehouse with packing goods where required
Supporting other areas of the business where required
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Fluent written and spoken Russian and English essential
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships through outstanding reliability and customer service attitude
Computer literate
Reliable, able to prioritise with good attention to detail
Strong team player with an ability to thrive under pressure
Confident and comfortable in dealing with colleagues, management and customers alike
A positive can-do attitude
