Joining AJW as a Customer Service Executive (internally known as Customer Service Executive- Parts) you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.
What you will be doing
Manage customer requirements in an efficient and timely manner
Provide quotes to customers, working closely with internal departments
Promote efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journey
Conduct market research, ensuring that all costs are competitive
Managing the core return process to meet KPI’s
Escalate, resolve and close any resulting queries regarding trace, damage, warranty
Run outstanding exchange, 3rd party, late fee, and loan charges reports
