Based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with offices in UK, Germany, and China, we are currently recruiting a Customer Service and Operation Assistant to join the team:
Key Duties:
Provide professional and effective first line support to customers by telephone and email
Promote the company and recommend suitable products to customers
Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and feedbacks
Plan and update Social Media posts and campaigns
Create and plan promotion newsletters
Proofread product descriptions and manuals
Test and process returned items / orders
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Good eye for details with strong copy writing skills
An interest in or experience or wish to be working in Technology
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Good Microsoft IT skills (inclusive of Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to work autonomously and manage work load fairly.
A can-do attitude and approach to work.
Flexibility to support colleagues when you’ll be working
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment
Be able to prioritise and multitask
Candidates with fluency in multiple languages will be prioritised (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian )
This is a full-time permanent position working Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week. 20 days paid annual leave.
