This is a fantastic chance for an experienced BDR/SDR Manager to come in and build a function from scratch for a fantastic 300 person SaaS company which is experiencing huge growth.
NOTE: This is a 6 month contract, after which time you will pass your work onto a BDR manager who is currently on maternity leave.
This established company has a successful inbound flow and wishes to bring in a superstar BDR manager who will build the function and optimise the process. This is a dream for someone who loves to ‘build’ and in this opportunity you’ll get to:
Define the structure of the team, set the metrics and build the processes for a successful inbound BDR team.
Work with marketing heavily (report to CMO) and develop joint collateral and plans to make your team successful
Hire, Onboard & Coach 3-4 new BDRs to achieve their objectives
Set up your best version of a reporting & forecasting structure for CRM
You’ll bring to the table:
5+ years creating and managing SDR/BDR teams
An ability to build the inbound playbook, this includes having evidence of work like authoring an ‘SDR Playbook’ or scripts as well as qualification frameworks.
Salesforce, Pardot & Outreach experience.
A real passion for the job, bringing people into their first major sales role (BDR) and coaching them to success.
Working hybrid but with a readiness for 2/3 days in a London office per week.
