Hi, my name is Anait Karapetyan, I am the HR manager of the luxury real estate agency Whitewill.

The main activity of our London’s office is the sale of new-build apartments in Central and Greater London. Currently, the company’s portfolio includes 120 new developments from the industry leaders: Barratt, Berkeley Group, Ballymore, Mount Anvil, Finchatton, Fenton Whelan, Taylor Wimpey, Galliard Homes, Almacantar, and others. We work directly with developers and receive introductory fees from them for each apartment sold in the amounts of between 1% and 4% of the transaction.

The company’s cozy office with atmospheric meeting rooms and individual workspaces for each broker is located on Fifty Sloane Avenue in Chelsea, a 5-minute walk from South Kensington tube station. Applications come with budgets of both £500K — £8M.

We allocate a serious advertising budget to attract new customers and are able to easily provide customers for another 3-5 new brokers since all of our current Whitewill experts already have dozens of target clients.

The main product of our broker is:

closed deals, so that customers are fully satisfied with our service, and the company’s remuneration from this transaction is as high as possible.

What is required from the broker:

– fast and high-quality processing of incoming customer leads and their requests while on shift;

– understanding clients’ requirements and selecting relevant options from our database;

– registering clients with our partner developers and conducting viewings with clients;

– coordination and supervision of sales transactions up to the payment stage.

Our team of assistants is available to each broker, who will help with following up the leads that cannot be reached. The assistants would contact the clients, check with them if their property search is still relevant, and if yes – return such application to the broker.

Working environment:
